Since our inception in 1988, Letchworth Steel has built a reputation over the decades for quality work and exceptional customer service, often going above and beyond our remit. We recognise the complexity of numerous moving parts within a construction project and commit to serving our clients and fellow trades with our best foot forward every time, focused on quality assurance and deadline realisation.
OUR ETHOS
We understand the importance of client/contractor communications at every project phase; from initial site survey, brief or tender, through design and consultation phases, and ultimately concluding in delivery and signoff. We have facilities to produce detailed 3D fabrication drawings utilising the latest design software - all generated under close liaison with project architects/engineers for final approval by the client. Projects are implemented by our valuable and skilled employees working to the latest industry regulations.
NETWORK EFFECT
Over the years we’ve built fantastic working relationships with UK steel suppliers, machine shops, laser cutters, product finishers, glass suppliers, local and nationwide construction companies, & established national homebuilders - an extensive industry network supply chain at our disposal. We proudly carry our CHAS, SMAS, and BS-EN1090 execution class 2 UKCA accreditations. Our site teams have the suitable experience and qualifications to implement site installation using various types of plant, access platforms and cranes.
